Good afternoon Bill.

This Haiku seems strained to me.

"I try to forget her" spells out the meaning too much - for my tastes. But then, I value a certain ambiguity & suggestiveness in Haiku.

Every day I see a Haiku from you, encourages me to keep after my own poetry.

Very beautiful...reminds me of a three line M.S. Merwin poem, actually, called, I think, "Separation"...actually, I'm not sure it's three lines, either...will have to look it up....
