Just checking out your site - along with other Haiku blogs. Just finished reading Basho's Journey to the North - haiku translated faithfully as being one line. I like the effect in some ways.
In your Haiku of Nov. 14, I wonder if it's necessary for the word "flower". This would seem to be implied by "petals"?
Look forward to more Haiku.
