two poems here. one a warm winter poem the other a cold summer poem.

the summer poem was discovered on lake superior at the mouth of the fox river.

it's 8 below zero here, so please, don't take your coat off.

secluded beach
amongst the stones & shells
bullet casings

ah, the beach. i long for it.

no coat here, it's been in the
60s. i wore only a short-sleeve shirt
to work today.
